Hello, we are the Ali family from Faribault! Our family includes three adults and three children. We first learned about Habitat for Humanity through friends, and it has been a life-changing experience for us.

For years, we’ve struggled with the challenges of overcrowded housing, water leaks, and inadequate heating. It’s been difficult to keep our home warm, and many appliances haven’t worked properly. These conditions have made it hard for our family to thrive.

Now, we are filled with hope and excitement as we look forward to moving into a new, clean home that is safe, decent, and has enough space for all of us to live and grow.

We are incredibly grateful to the volunteers, donors, and Rice County Habitat for Humanity for making our family’s dream of homeownership a reality. Your support means the world to us, and we can’t wait to start this new chapter in our lives.
